I didn’t start as a coach. I started by selling under pressure, in foreign markets, leading teams across industries. I learned what works the hard way: through years of closing deals, fixing broken sales systems and training people who were great in theory but weak in execution. That’s why my coaching is different. I don’t give advice from a book. I coach from real experience and I keep it practical. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led sales teams of 30+ reps in 4 countries, closed 6-figure B2B deals and built sales engines across Energy, Tech and International Trade. I’ve also been the guy who rebuilt from scratch - moving countries, restarting my career and figuring out how to win in unfamiliar territory.
