I didn’t start as a coach. I started by selling under pressure, in foreign markets, leading teams across industries. I learned what works the hard way: through years of closing multi million $ deals, fixing broken sales systems and training people who were great in theory but weak in execution. That’s why my coaching is different. I don’t give advice from a book. I coach from real experience, from sales trenches and I keep it practical. Over the past 20 years, I have led B2B sales teams of 30 account managers in 4 different countries, closed 6-7 figure deals and built sales engines across Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Software Solutions, Aerospace and International Export. I have also been the guy who rebuilt from scratch: moving countries, restarting my career and figuring out how to win in unfamiliar territories. I have built and grew industrial tools export company. Which hit £1M sales within its first 2 years. Then successfully sold this business to a competitor and moved into consulting field where I offer an opportunity to share my expertise in Sales and Business development. That’s why I work best with people who are having burning desire of achieving great number of sales through excellent products and services.
